The attorneys at Kohn, Kohn & Colapinto are the nation’s most experienced and successful advocates for whistleblowers.
The KKC partners have been in the forefront of fighting for monetary rewards for whistleblowers. In addition to winning the largest award ever granted an individual whistleblower in U.S. history, the partners have advocated before the Securities and Exchange Commission, Congress, the Courts, the Internal Revenue Service and international organizations for expanding whistleblower rewards as the cornerstone for effective whistleblower protection.
Each of the partners at Kohn, Kohn & Colapinto has obtained the highest peer review ratings for competence and ethics by Martindale-Hubbell® – AV Preeminent® and are members of the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. Kohn, Kohn & Colapinto, LLP has been recognized as one of top plaintiffs law firms in the United States and it is one of the oldest and perhaps the most effective whistleblower advocacy law firms in the world. Under a contingency fee, the client does not have to pay any advance attorney fees, and the firm obtains its payment as a percentage of any judgment or settlement obtained. If the firm is not successful in obtaining a reward or monetary damages for the client, the client does not owe the firm anything. However, in some cases fees are charged, and the standard fee for our attorneys is posted here.
